Free Plot yojana Gujarat 2022: This scheme is implemented to build a home for the houseless BPL laborers and artisans living in rural regions.

So far lakhs of beneficiaries have advantaged from this scheme. The state government is trying to assure that all the poor people get the maximum advantages of this scheme by making a new resolution on 01-05-2017, there are several amendments in the rules of Gujarat free plot yojana.

Free Plot Scheme Gujarat 2022 :

The scheme was begun in 1972 by the Panchayat Department of the State Government. The chief objective of this scheme is to support the people who are not in good economic situation in the villages to get their own house.

U Win Card scheme has been implemented by Labor & Employment Department, Government of Gujarat for unorganized sector like agricultural, fairia, textile workers. This card will help in availing various welfare schemes. And UWIN CSC is issued to workers with a unique number as proof of identity.

 

Eligibility for UWIN CARD

 

 

UVIN card is issued as a proof of identity to the unorganized worker by the Department of Labour and Employment, Government of Gujarat. UWIN Card Registration CSC must have the following eligibility.

 

•   An unorganized worker must be an unorganized worker to avail the benefit of this scheme.

•   Age of beneficiary should be 18 to 59.

•   Employees who do not have provident fund deductions

•    Labour with or without BPL card

•   Should not be employed in organized sector. (EPFO/ESIC/NPS)

•   Must have Aadhaar card.

•  Beneficiary's annual Rs. 1,20,000/- is available to those with income below.

•   Must have savings account or Jandhan account.

Unorganized sector workers get many types of UWIN card benefits. Workers with this type of card get the benefits of the following welfare schemes.

 

Accident assistance

 

Beneficiaries of this card get Rs.1 lakh in case of accidental death and Rs.1 lakh in case of accidental disability. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) will be payable.

 

Help in critical illness

 

UWIN CSC card holders will be eligible for up to Rs.2 lakh for treatment of serious illness of laborers and their family members and up to Rs.3 lakh for serious diseases (heart disease, kidney, cancer, AIDS etc.) for farm laborers.

 

For construction workers

 

Beneficiaries with this Shram Yogi Card will get Rs. 3 (three) lakhs treatment will be available. Rs.3000/- per month for total disability and Rs.1500/- per month for partial disability.

 

Education support

 

Hostels with free boarding facilities, special boarding facilities for primary to higher education will be available for children of laborers holding UWIN CSC Gujarat card.

 

Training

 

Beneficiaries with this card will be given paid training to gain operational proficiency.

 

Legal aid

 

UWIN Gujarat Card holders Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for fighting accident compensation court cases and Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for other court cases Assistance up to 25,000/- will be available.

UWIN Card Gujarat Registration

 

Beneficiaries of Gujarat have to visit the nearest and respective

 CSC (Common Service Centre) for UWIN Card Online

 Registration.

 

• Registration of unorganized labour through Common Service Centre shall be done in camp mode. And U-WIN card has to be given to the beneficiaries.

• The unorganized laborers have to provide a copy of Aadhaar card, bank account and mobile number and ration card as necessary documents for registration at the center. If the beneficiary does not have a BPL card, such laborers will have to produce the income certificate.

• Online application form has to be filled from UWIN card Gujarat CSC login. After filling the online form, all the supporting documents have to be scanned and uploaded in the uwin card website.

• Beneficiaries holding UWIN Card have to renew the U-WIN Card every five years.

 

Who Can't Get UWIN Card?

Beneficiaries affiliated to organized sector like 1. Employees'

 Provident Fund Organization(EPFO) 2. National Pension

 System(NPS) – NSDL and 3. Employees' State Insurance

Gujarat Government and Central Government are implementing new schemes in such a way as to benefit every person of the society keeping in view the various situations. Such as Disability Assistance Scheme, Divyang Assistance Scheme, Old Age Assistance Scheme and Widow Pension Scheme. By taking advantage of all these schemes run by the government, the life of the young children, elders and elderly people of the society becomes easier. Recently a new scheme has been released by the government. The name of this scheme is Sant Surdas Yojana This scheme is released by the Government of Gujarat. More information about Sant Surdas Yojana is given in the following paragraphs.

 

Sant Surdas Scheme Eligibility

Eligibility for Sant Surdas Yojana has been determined by the Department of E-Social Welfare, Government of Gujarat. All the eligibility regarding this scheme are as follows.

 

A person with 80% or more disability can benefit from this scheme.

A disabled person between 0 to 17 years is eligible for the benefit

In rural areas, those with a score of 0 to 20 in the BPL list are eligible for the benefit.

Accessible to disabled persons of Gujarat living below poverty line in urban areas.

 

Sant Surdas Yojana Required Documents

Gujarat Unreserved Educational and Economic Development Corporation (GUEEDC) works to understand the sufferings of unreserved classes. Recommends to the Government to understand the problems of unreserved class and solve them. After studying various schemes related to social welfare, Bin-Anamat prepares recommendations for welfare schemes for classes. Various welfare schemes are run by the Unreserved Class Commission such as Educational Study Scheme Loan, Meal Bill Assistance, Coaching Assistance (Tuition Assistance), Coaching Assistance for JEE, GUJCET, NEET Exams, Training Assistance for Competitive Exams and Study Abroad Loans etc.

 

 

Purpose of Loan For Foreign Study Loan

With the aim of helping the bright students of non-reserved castes in the state to get good and higher education in foreign countries and to help the economic situation, Gujarat government is implementing foreign study loan scheme. “Unreserved Loans” are provided by Gujarat Unreserved Educational & Economical Development Corporation.

 

 

Loan For Foreign Study Loan Eligibility

● For MBBS after Class – 12, Graduate (Diploma followed by Degree) courses

 

● For Master Course as well as Post Graduation Diploma or equivalent course known as

 

A total loan of up to Rs 15 lakh is available for any type of higher studies abroad like research, technical, paramedical, professional etc.

 

● Those who have 60℅ or more in class-12 can benefit from this scheme.

 

● Eligible for those whose annual family income is less than Rs 600000 (six lakhs).

 

 

Loan For Foreign Study How much to get loan

Under the Loan For Foreign Study scheme, a total limit of 15 lakhs (fifteen lakhs) is available at 4% simple interest for higher studies abroad.

● For loans with a total course loan amount of Rs 7.50 lakh or less, the applicant student has to register an encumbrance on his or a relative's property worth one and a half times the loan amount.

 

● Each borrower shall furnish 5 (five) post dated checks signed in favor of the Corporation (for the Corporation).

 

Total Course Loan Amount Rs. 7.50 lakhs in excess of that total amount shall be mortgaged in favor of the immovable property corporation of himself or any other relative.
