Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

  • Confirm  your body is in one straight line from head to toe.
  • Lift one arm off the floor.
  • Rotate your body to one side utilizing the support of the other hand.
  • Stay in this condition for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Naukasana (Boat Pose)

  • Lie down a on your back.
